Upper German - Middle German

The old map showed that the Upper German dialects reach further north (almost to Erfurt). It's possible that the old map is wrong. If I look at the map in the wenker atlas for -pf- (e.g. Äpfel) (see there) then the Upper German reagion seem to reach further north, too, doesn't it? --Buachamer (talk) 06:46, 22 July 2012 (UTC)

North Bavarian

The North Bavarian language corner in Saxony is very small but in your picture it is even smaller than it is. If I don't specially seach for it I cannot see it. Our man from Südvogtland (see there) told us that the Bavarian corner is the complete corner going to South (see de:Oberes_Vogtland).
