Box-sizes

It's really a well-made image (even though it's about collaborative communites and not so much about w:commons-based peer production as the title suggests)...I'm wondering though why those colored boxes aren't the appropiate size for the texts? Also, in the upper left it should say "spoken" and not "spokeb".
