Based on official reports of 22nd Independent Parachute Company archived here, the four commanders took off from RAF Harwell on 5/6/1944. This is also corroborated with the information at the Imperial War museum here. This information implies that the photograph was taken at RAF Harwell (Then in Berkshire, now in Oxfordshire due to boundary changes). Green Lane (talk) 21:28, 30 June 2011 (UTC)
