Would someone like to indicate where the interviewee assigns their copyright as CC? Otherwise this looks like a copyright violation (and unethical ramraiding ethnography/sociology) Fifelfoo (talk) 07:02, 13 February 2012 (UTC)Reply

Here the copyright holder is the producer of the tape.See the definition of Copyright Owner : "Who is an author? In the case of a sound recording, the producer."(Sec. 2(d)(v) of Cpr ACt). If the work is produced by the person who upload, no need of permission by the interviewee. -Adv.tksujith (talk) 11:36, 14 February 2012 (UTC)Reply
Thanks Sujith. I have removed the {{No permission}} tag. If Fifelfoo has objections, please take this through a regular DR. --Sreejith K (talk) 11:42, 14 February 2012 (UTC)Reply
Commons has a different mission from en. which I am willing to accept; but, these have been rejected as reliable sources there due to the unethical nature of collection and unreliable method of publication. Fifelfoo (talk) 01:04, 15 February 2012 (UTC)Reply
These could be unreliable sources; I agree. But these audio files does not have copyright problems. Probably {{Out of scope}}, but I am not sure about that since these gives a lot of useful information, although it might be a bit unreliable.
