Date of Map

This map references the Territory of Colorado, which was not created until 1861, so it is likely this map was produced after that year. In addition Major John S. Fillmore, a resident of Denver during the early 1860s, died in 1864. It may not be the same J. S. Fillmore who produced this map, but I think there is enough evidence to believe it was created between 1861-1864.
