I don't understand why rename request rejected. My points :- (1) Krishna is not same as krsna, I believe Krsna is not readable as a word, its just a spelling error occured noun. Even if Krsna is a word, Krishna is more readable and understandable. (2) Sometimes it is better to use a standard in naming. (3) Renaming is not a crime ;-) --Praveen:talk 15:07, 25 April 2011 (UTC)Reply

Hi Praveen, thank you for your input. I am not read in this topic so always check via google to verify a request. In this case I found Krsna is Krishna in the Sanskrit language ([1]). Since Commons allows multiple languages I declined the request. Please let me know if (and why) I am mistaken in assuming Krsna is meaningfull in another language. Hi, IAST is kṛṣṇa. I may be wrong, but I feel krsna is just k.r.s.n.a.. --Praveen:talk 06:12, 26 April 2011 (UTC)Reply

✓ Done - on second thought, kṛṣṇa is not exactly the same as krsna, so I might as well rename as requested. Sincerely, Taketa (talk) 13:33, 26 April 2011 (UTC)Reply

Thank you. :-)--Praveen:talk 15:18, 26 April 2011 (UTC)Reply

Madonna and child edit

IS Raja Ravi Varma tapping into the "madonna and child" style of artwork seen manifest in thousands of Christian works of art, here? Aavindraa (talk) 18:13, 21 September 2019 (UTC)Reply
