This is GIF, not SVG!

Any possibility of recreating as a vectorized SVG file, as opposed to the existing GIF with SVG wrapper? I see that it's already available in PNG form as Image:Replace_this_image_plain.png and smaller (because it isn't binary raster data converted to text) so I'm wondering why this was uploaded. Note that {{Convert to SVG}} specifically mentions vector. --Goldfndr 04:18, 10 April 2008 (UTC)
