Incorrect dimensions

The image File:Banner of the King of Scots.svg is not vector graphics at all. Just a container for raster graphics. Magasjukur2 (talk) 14:43, 13 April 2012 (UTC)

The image is a rendering of that found on the website of the Lord Lyon King of Arms. If the issue of ratio was significant, why would the website of the Lyon Court show a similar image to that shown here??? 81.154.109.239 14:28, 28 November 2012 (UTC)
