I'm trying to track down exactly what is burning in this picture, and I believe it to be the Nippon Oil Sendai oil refinery. See [1], it seems to be starting back up already. Theanphibian 19:18, 29 April 2011 (UTC)
A/an grammar edit
The description says "an 9.0 magnitude earthquake", but "nine" starts with a vowel, so that should be "a 9.0 magnitude earthquake". Y98 (talk) 20:33, 11 March 2013 (UTC)
