Coordinates of map edit

Any chance of getting the latitude of the north and south edges of the map, and the longitude of the east and west edges of the map, so that it could be used as a location map? --papageno (talk) 06:18, 6 March 2012 (UTC)Reply

Hi, i used this tool to find out the coordinates. Please try these coordinates:
  • Northwest: 43.86° N , 79.68° W
  • Southwest: 43.57° N , 79.68° W
  • Northeast: 43.86° N , 79.10° W
  • Southeast: 43.57° N , 79.10° W
It's a scary method, so please do not be sad if it does not work. Greetings Lencer (talk) 06:54, 16 March 2012 (UTC)Reply
I tested it with Google Maps and got these coordinates:
N: 43.8754583° N
S: 43.5655833° N
W: 79.6763555° W
E: 79.0993611° W
So Lencer was quite right. NNW (talk) 11:54, 17 March 2012 (UTC)Reply

Add Don River edit

I think the Don River, along with the Humber River — already on the map — one of two key rivers in Toronto, should be added. Some resources that might help include the Don River Watershed Plan at the Toronto and Region Conservation Authority and the entry for the Don River (which includes a map link) at the Geographical Names Board of Canada. Be also to see the links for the West and East Branches. --papageno (talk) 19:26, 15 March 2012 (UTC)Reply

I will try it next time. Greetings Lencer (talk) 07:22, 16 March 2012 (UTC)Reply
