It's a very nice figure. Point 5 about methylation should be revised, though, or at least supported by a source. I found contrary results in a paper Stadler et al., 2011, which I cite here:

„Together our results indicate that CTCF binding within CpG-poor regions is generally not affected by the methylation status of its binding site, but rather that binding itself initiates local demethylation.“
