Concur- data of 1991 is incorrect. She did go to REFTRA and Guantanamo Bay in the 1988-1989 time frame, I was a crewmember. When Lexington went to REFTRA and Guantanamo Bay - ship had not participated in REFTRA before then for an extended period (10 to 20 years) Thinking back - I say this was 2nd quarter (Mar to Jun) of 1989. AS I recall after Reftra the ship made a port visit to New Orleans Louisiana. Uncertain if I hold any material that would provide a more definitive date. Wfoj3 (talk) 19:00, 11 December 2020 (UTC)
