Resizing the text?

I have tried resizing the text in the .SVG so that it fits neatly into the circles, and although it works fine when I open the file from My Documents in Inkscape, when it is uploaded to Wikimedia Commons, some of the text becomes too large. How could I edit the .SVG's text boxes in such a way that the change also shows up when the image is uploaded to Wikimedia Commons? It Is Me Here 19:47, 8 March 2008 (UTC)
