 Comment Apart from its blurriness, the photo doesn't show Wikipe-tan at all but Japanese character "ウィ" (initial for ウィキペディア, romanised form of Wikipedia). Categories like Katakana signs or Japanese character for Wikipedia logo are more appropriate IMHO (althogh I'm not sure if the broach depicted here is an official merchandise of Wikimedia Foundation).
