I am contesting this speedy deletion nomination on grounds that the image is primarily of the Wild Wadi Water Park and associated coastline and gardens, and hence the inclusion of the building on the right may fall under de minimis, which is a subjective matter that is best settled at deletion requests. Furthermore, the image is heavily used and should not be deleted without significant scrutiny, which is not given with speedy deletion. If the building is a problem, it could be cropped out. - Wild wadi is a piece of architecture work, and it will also come under copyright. If the picture focused on coastal areas, why dont you crop it to avoid some questions.--KALARICKAN | My Interactions 19:03, 30 October 2010 (UTC)
- Only if it meets the threshold of originality, which I doubt most of the water park shown in the picture does. I could crop it though agreement would need to be reached on what to crop out, and the uploader should probably be consulted. CT Cooper · talk 11:08, 31 October 2010 (UTC)
