No, you are mistaken. Cycle is a periodic upward and downward change, either around the origin or around a trend. You can confirm this by consulting any definition or discussion of "business cycle" in an econcomics text or encyclopedia. "rGDP" is simply national income, the sum of all output in the economy, it does not relate to growth, contraction, or cycles. Please relabel this graph, so that it does not mislead the public.
