@Jason.nlw: 'Byd Apton Cyfyngedig' is the web-streaming subsidary of Sain (Records) Ltd, a company based in Gwynedd, North Wales. Together with the National Library of Wales and the Welsh Government, the w:Welsh Wicipedia will initiate a project that will see many soundclips recorded since 1969 as well as images uploaded onto Commons on a CCBYSA4 licence. An email from CEO of Sain (Recording) Ltd giving permission to upload on an open licence has been received and will be sent to OTRS in the next few days.
