John Glenn
American astronaut and politician (1921–2016)
John Herschel Glenn Jr. (born July 18, 1921, in Cambridge, Ohio) is a former United States Senator who first rose to fame as the first American to orbit the Earth as an astronaut in NASA's Mercury program.
