Редактирование перевода на русский/Edit of the translation in Russian

Some lines on the main page are not used anymore, as I can see. Below, I'm suggesting to remove them. As well, for some other lines I'm suggesting to edit its translations to make the text in Russian smoother and more precise. For example, to upload is "загрузить", but here it twice stands for "download" instead of "скачать" which I'm suggesting to fix, for sure.

The numbers point out to the lines on the page.

3-4:
download: "Скачать",
download_this_file: "Скачать этот файл",

9:
email_link_short: "Отправить на эл. почту",

11:
remove_icons: "Убрать эти значки",

17-18:
