Civil war
editDuring 1899-1903 Colombia was in a civil war, the so-called 'War of 1000 Days'. It caused the creation of provisional issues in Barranquilla, Bogotá, Cartagena, Cúcuta, Medellín and Tumaco. Normal national stamps reappeared 1904.
