Adds a description at the top of the category:
- Aircraft in the colors of opart 1 located at locart 2 in 4 3.
Adds categories if they exist:
- Category:Aircraft of opart 1 at loctype in 4 3, or if it does not exist:
  - Category:Aircraft of opart 1 at loctype
  - Category:Aircraft of opart 1 in 4 3, or if does not exist:
    - Category:Aircraft of opart 1 by location
- Category:Aircraft at locart 2 by operator, or if does not exist:
  - Category:Aircraft at locart 2, or if does not exist:
    - Category:Aircraft at loctype
    - Category:2
