This template is to be used on all files except SVG Images that make use of elements from other files available on Commons.
- It provides an easy way to attribute the author of work requiring such attribution.
- In future it can allow for tracking of how free images are being used and derived from.
The template automatically sets the following categories: Category:Derivative files
