Template used when a file or other page can not be deleted due to an error.
The template automatically sets the following categories: Category:Deletion error

- Blank the file description page and replace it with {{Deletion error}}. Make sure to include a reason so that the file can be deleted in the future, as well as the Phabricator task describing the issue. If no task exists yet, you should report it by following the instructions at mw:How to report a bug.
- (Optional, but best practice) Move the file without leaving a redirect to the next title in the File:Deletion error ### sequence.
- Overwrite the file with one white pixel, such as File:White Pixel 1x1.jpg, File:ZXSpectrum80.svg or File:Pix-FFFFFF.png
- Delete or RevDel as many of the previous file revisions as possible.
- (Optional) RevDel the file description page revisions.
