This reproduction is permitted under the Panama copyright law title VI chapter II article 48, which states: With regard to works that have already been lawfully disclosed, the following shall be allowed without authorization from the author or remuneration: ..... 6. the reproduction of a work of art on permanent display in a street, square or other public place by means of an artistic technique different from that used for the making of the original; with regard to buildings, this exception shall be confined to the outer façade.
