Display a navigation box at top of a category page for a specific Roman numeral value, and auto-categorize this category.

Usage

Template parameters

Parameter	Description		Default	Status
1	roman	Roman numeral, most often using Latin letters in [IVXLCDM] and overline diacritics (as in M̿M̿M̿M̿C̿M̿X̿C̿I̿X̿C̅M̅X̅C̅I̅X̅CMXCIX which represents 4,999,999,999, the maximum numeric value representable in plain text as a typical Roman numeral with the current Unicode encoding). Lowercase letters may be used. An atypical Roman numeral may also be specified, possibly using atypical combinations (such as MMMM, or LL), or one letter in [NO] for zero (nunc in classical Latin was not really considered a numeral, there was initially no zero), or non-classical Latin letters (in [JUWY], used as uncommon ligatures or alternate forms), or archaic numeral forms (in [ƆɔᴐↃↄ∞ↀↁↂↅↆↇↈ]). If this parameter is omitted or empty, nothing will be rendered by this template.	empty	optional
n	value	The integer value associated to the Roman numeral given in parameter {1}, using Western Arabic digits in [0-9]. This parameter is strongly recommended. Otherwise, the category may be poorly categorized.	empty	optional
alt	For any atypical Roman number given in parameter {1}, specifies its more usual Roman numeral equivalent, using only letters and diacritics in [IVXLCDMI̅V̅X̅L̅C̅D̅M̅I̿V̿X̿L̿C̿D̿M̿], and containing no overlong subsequence of identical base letters (at most 3 for letters in [IXCM], or 1 for letters in [VLD]).		empty	optional
comm	For any atypical Roman number given in parameter {1}, comment shown about its use or uncertain value		empty	optional
nocat1	If non-empty, disables some autocategorizations within categories not intended to contain only Roman numerals (which could be disambiguated by some added suffixes)		empty	optional
