Template:Tesseract permutation colors

The rows of this matrix are 16 of the 16*24 = 384 permutations in the symmetry group of the tesseract.
The order of colors in row $m$ of matrix $n$ is the result of applying permutation $(m,n)$ on the initial order,
which is seen in the dots. Where square and dot have the same color, the permutation has a fixed point.
