{{Edit request}} At least for me, the commas in the following sentence are extremely confusing.

Please use {{OTRS received|id=XXXXXXXXXXXXXXX}} once the ticket has been identified, or if the email contains sufficient confirmation of the validity of the license, please replace this template with {{PermissionOTRS|id=XXXXXXXXXXXXXXX}} If the permission provided is not acceptable, nominate the file for deletion or delete it.

I believe it would be easier if it would be revised to the following sentence:

If the email contains sufficient confirmation of the validity of the license, please replace this template with {{PermissionOTRS|id=XXXXXXXXXXXXXXX}}. If the email does not, then please replace this template with {{OTRS received|id=XXXXXXXXXXXXXXX}}. If the permission provided is not acceptable, nominate the file for deletion or delete it.

Also, what is that last sentence for? More context should be given about whether to add {{OTRS received}} or nominate the file for deletion. DatGuy (talk) 15:55, 12 October 2016 (UTC)
