Template talk:PD-SCGGov

I think that for most (if not all) images in Category:PD Serbia and Montenegro official this template cannot be applied. When I read these two lines

• Official materials of state authorities or materials published by any other person or institution which do public function.
• Official translations of materials of state authorities or translation of materials published by any other person or institution which do public function

I am pretty confident that law describe something that is written on paper, not images. -- Bojan  Talk  07:42, 12 January 2011 (UTC)
