Merging request

I declined the stale merging request (with template:Detroitmonthyear) proposed by user:Varnent, rational: "Ease of maintenance and remove the need to create the missing templates (if any)". My reason is: suspicious, and procedural oppose. Eg we have also template:Chicagomonthyear--Estopedist1 (talk) 08:47, 16 November 2021 (UTC)
