For many years, I used a Nokia N95 - with minimal results. In 2009, at last I bought a Canon D40 in Minnesota. From late December, 2011, I use a Canon 7D. In my daily work, I'll also use a more handy Canon SX 260 which I won as a prize for WLM 2011. Sometimes, I might grab my wife's Canon 500D.
During the last two years, I have uploaded several thousand photos from Svalbard. A round-trip in August, 2012, made me able to add a substantial collection from the west and north of Spitsbergen. All in all, I expect to upload some 5.000 photos from Svalbard. My great dream is to travel the eastern parts of the islands and take photos there.
I have uploaded 19.456 own works to Wikimedia Commons. Some of the photos taken while in service for Telenor, are part of the 2012 Telenor photo donation to Wikimedia Commons.
