I´ve already did this to an image you uploaded some time ago Image:Bancodobrasil2006.jpg. You should remember that you have to present the url from where you took the photo from, because someone may claim that a photo is from "Agência Brasil" when in fact it may not be.

Hello again. Well, you shouldn´t blank your page because of "warnings that are no longer valid". This is generally seen in all Wikimedia projects as a way of hiding unwanted messages because of some reason. If you look at my page I´ve got a message from a picture I uploaded that turned up to have copyright problems (I was mislead), but I kept the message. Maybe you don´t understand the meaning of "poor taste", it´s not me who is being rude, I´m sorry you take this personally. Anyway, if you could provide the webpage from where you took this picture it would be nice (Image:Petrobraspostobolivia2006.jpg), I couldn´t find it on the Agencia do Brasil website. --JLCA 21:50, 8 December 2006 (UTC)

O banner não é apenas incidental à foto, ele é a maior parte dela. E a imagem já está sendo utilizada na Wikipedia lusofônica para illustrar a modelo, e não a "situação que inclui um banner". Sei que você age de boa fé, e sei que a propria Agência Brasil falha em não colocar uma observaçao quanto aos direitos dessa foto (que é um trabalho derivado). Mas essa não é uma foto livre e não deve permanecer no commons. --Abu badali 16:18, 15 December 2006 (UTC)

- Unsure if the card's desigs is (can be) copyrighted. If it is, it's a copyvio, as most of the image is the card. --Abu badali 01:32, 19 December 2006 (UTC)

- I believe a picture of an object is ok. The 3D design may be copyrighted, but I don't think a picture of the object can be seen as a copy of the design.
