Eesti: Tere kõigile! Kasutaja nimest saate aru, et minu reaalnimi on Dmitri. Olen sündinud Tallinnas nõukogude aja lõpus ja praegu elan vaba Eestis. Rahvuse järgi minu ema on vene + eesti ja isa on ukrainlane; emakeel minu joaks on vene keel. Minu arvamus nõukogude ajadest on selline, et "-ism'id" on lihtsalt maailmavaated, kuritegude eest vastutavad on muidugi nõukogude ametnikud (ja nende hulgas olid ka eestlased ja mõned niest isegi istuvad praegu Riigikogus). Ja kuna palju neist on praegu surnud, siis Eesti seadusanluse järgi surnud isikud ei saa vastata. Aga ei saa aru, mis pretensionid Eestis esitatakse "okupantidele", sest II maailma sõjas Eesti territoriumil olid saksa okupatsiooni kuritegud ja Eesti selles mõtes pole pattudest vaba ingel.
Lapsepõlvest minu huvi on elekter ja keegi vanematest ei saanud hoia eemale mind juhtmetest. Olen töötanud ka firmadel, kuna seal toimub õigusetus ja keegi ei jälgi ohutusnõued, tahavad ainult teha palju tööd ja kiiresti. Kõik see käidukorraldus on ansipi muinasjutud ja tavaline raha pumbamine, mis ei omista mitte midagi ohutusega. Pärast kõik traumasid olen otsustanud teha oma FIE ja praegu pakun elektrifirmadele ainult minu töökäede rendimine. Iseseisvalt aga teen tööd alla 1000V, kus inspekteerimine pole vaja.
Siia laadin fotod pealinnast ja mõnikord võtan fotoapparaadi tööle. Panen siia ka elektriprojekte, aga kasutada soovin teile ainult nende struktuuri, sest lühisvoolud ning krunditakistus on erinevad erinevates objektides ja neid tuleb arvestama eraldi.English: Since my childhood interests are electricity and electronics engineering. Some of my experiments could seem you dangerous, but I'd got used to work in such extreme conditions. I began to work as amateur electrician when I was 13 in the narrow circles of my friends. They, in turn, recommended me to their friends and so one, so at the time of secondary school graduation I have done quite lot works and had my own consumers. My professional traumas are calculated by tens of thousands, but I'm not broken by them and still work here even nowadays. So, my danger hobby became as part of my life despite my parents had spent a lot of their nerves to wean me from disassembling 230V sockets, light switches and other dangerous parts of lethal-voltaged electric installations.
Русский: Как вы можете наблюдать из моего вклада, я много времени работаю с электричеством. Мой опыт превышает 10 лет, когда-то в детстве понравилось соединять провода ну и позже затянуло, аж не вылезти до сих пор... но я ближайшие 30-40 лет и не собираюсь бросать :) За это время успел как набить руку, так и нажить постоянных клиентов, которые заказывают такие работы только у меня. Кстати, я был бы очень доволен, если бы вы не повторяли некоторые мои трюки типа измерения напряжения руками или работы под напряжением. Жизнь дороже.
But what was before? edit
English: I was born in Tallinn, ESSR during perestroika, where still live nowadays in independent Estonia. I've caught only last years of USSR existing, but I can't remember anything cause I was too little those time. Commonly my childhood passed in "wild 1990's", when Estonia recovered it's independence from Soviet Union, mafia strictly controlled commerce by terrorist way, all illegal actions were allowed to do for bribering, serial killers escaped punishments by paying money to judges and of course shenanigans of Estonian government - they accepted all migrated to Estonia persons during Soviet times as illegal immigrants and justified fashism. I managed to finish Russian-language school in my native language despite Estonian government is fighting with them nowadays (I'll tell you some other fact - several Estonian schoolboys visited math, chemistry, physics and other exact disciplines in my Russian-language school when they had "windows of free time" cause they weren't satisfied of teaching level in their Estonian-language schools). First critic I've heard in university, by the opinion of young generation of Estonians (who were ma age), I'm speaking in improper language and this language should't be spoken in Estonia at all. Studing in Estonian universities performed in Estonian language, and everything were clear for me. But as native language of 30% Estonian inhabitants is "improper" in their opinion, I'd never spoken in Estonian language with mates. As older generation of lecturers know Russian language very good (cause the were teaching during Soviet times), all of my works were understandable for them, we'd found common ground with each other. But it also included some problem - if I can understand everything in Estonian language, I feel difficulties with saying something in Estonian language. However, this language game cost it's candles, so I don't regret.
- Despite I've citizenship of this country, my native language is not native-state. Well, I don't feel myself illegaly-born person. I don't find discriminations by languge correct in this country. Also, government should think, don't they want to lose 1/3 of it's population or they're living without birthrate problems.
- Too much tears about membership in Soviet Union - well, who asked you to give up to Soviet and German armies in 1940's? If heroes defend themself till death, Estonian nationalists have some other defending strategy: they accept their fail and protect themself only after enemy's death. As you can see it nowadays, they tease east neighbor 70 years later, when USSR died 20 years ago. Don't you find it comic?
Русский: Родился я в столице Эстонии во время перестройки (почти что ровесник Чернобыльской катастрофы), теперь живу в независимой от России Эстонии (страна пока что ещё не получила независимость от эстонских коммуняк, которые каждый день запугивают жителей страны Россией). Я ещё не был в сознательном возрасте чтобы помнить поющую революцию или восстановление независимости. Больше запомнились последствия отделения от СССР. Детство прошло в лихих 1990-х, когда людей в этой стране начали делить по национальному признаку (мне повезло, оказалось что моя прабабушка жила в Тарту до войны и соответственно я без труда получил гражданство), а бывшие коммунистические уголовники с большим красным прошлым провозгласили себя борцами с коммунизмом и всячески пытались разжечь конфликт с русскими уже в демократической стране. Через 20 лет ситуация ничуть не улучшилась. Мне посчастливилось окончить школу на своём родном языке (кстати, я не на 100% русский, в моих корнях больше всего украинцев, просто в моей семье разговаривали на русском и соответственно я этот язык знаю на родном для меня уровне и в отличии от эстонских властей я никого не обвиняю в том, что мой родной язык русский хотя я русским являюсь только косвенно), хотя из-за ряда обстоятельств приходилось ездить в школу на другой конец города. Благо город очень маленький. Честно отбомбил 12 лет от звонка до звонка :) хотя у нас в 12 классе проходят то, что в России прошли уже в пятом. С ненавистью к себе из-за национальности я встретил в университете от сверстников, хотя более старшему поколению преподов было абсолютно безразлично кто какой национальности. Лекции были на эстонском языке (и большую часть даже понимал), а зачёты и экзамены удавалось сдавать на русском языке, благо все из них понимали мой родной язык. А с бывшими одногруппниками я до сих пор не поддерживаю контакт, судьба этих этнических эгоистов мне по-настоящему неинтересна. Вообще я никому не рекомендую получать образование в Эстонии, т.к. здесь вместо подготовки специалистов в основном ведут промывание мозгов пропагандой правых политических партий.
Если говорить о проблемах русских в Эстонии, то можно выделить две:
- Во-первых, не у всех русских есть достаточное количество силы воли стоять за свои права и отстаивать свои интересы. Многих русских уже посетил Капитан Очевидность внятно объяснив, что намного меньше нервов уйдёт если плюнуть на всё и ничего не делать. Да и вообще среди моих знакомых много людей, кто столкнувшись с какой-либо проблемой спивался или начинал употреблять наркотики или выбрасывался из окна. А вы говорите противостоять коммунистам из представленных в парламенте партий.
- Во-вторых, у русских в стране нет реальных заступников. Только центристская партия создаёт вид что заступается за русских. Но это на самом деле не так, просто Эдгар Сависаар прекрасно помнит как он благодаря борцам с коммунизмом из нынешней партии реформ родился в тюрьме при СССР и как во времена СССР эти борцы с коммунизмом преследовали его семью. А разбазаривание денег на социальные пособия русским он использует для того чтобы подразнить своих обидчиков, напомнив им их советское прошлое. Что касается его реального отношения к русским, то наверное все помнят как он в 1990-х называл их мигрантами и оккупантами. Просто настоящие оккупанты из числа эстонской элиты теперь сидят в парламенте, с чем он никак не может смириться и без конца противостоит им.

English: Well, we had some conflicts when they got known, that "young" person is helping to his friends and their friends for frindly prices and even they recommend me to other people as they can't accept, that I'd mastered danger occupation by myself without any helping from teachers and company using me as auxilary worker instead of working under someone's supervision. Even nowadays I still hearing profanity words into my own address, but I miss them past the consciousness and don't pay attention.
If it is say honestly, I'm happy to have disagreements with them. I'm not standartised by those organisations, so I can show the truth to society about their cheating and defective devices. I'm not paying any membership fees for defending my economical interests by those organisations. I'm corruption free person. But as I see, West-European and American people like, when someone cheats them and they are ready to overpay for hearing beautiful lie in future. Only little part of highly-developed west countries inhabitants know, that majority of those specialists don't know about Kirchhoff's circuit laws and remember Ohm circuit laws with difficulties.
Русский: Какие у меня отношения с организациями по техническому надзору? Ну начинал я работать в "крайне опасной сфере" будучи ещё даже несовершеннолетним. Позже мне удавалось устраиваться в фирмы покрупнее, но везде работа сводилась к выполнению трудовых обязанностей по уже зараннее спланированому шаблону. Причём в руководстве фирм всегда сидели ЕРЖ'ы и прочие карьерные тролли, обогощавшиеся за счёт людей с должностью пониже. Это не могло не действовать на нервы и в один день я решительно сказал себе: "нет, больше никогда в жизни моя нога не переступит порог этих шараг". Второй причиной было то, что ради большего объёма выполнения работ в этих фирмах сознательно идут на нарушение техники безопасности и работников за копейки заставляют игнорировать правила собственной безопасности.
Где поджидала проблема? Если при СССР была система допусков и ни у кого никаких проблем не возникало, то теперь Юхан Партс ради защиты экономических интересов этих фирм ввёл на законодательном уровне несколько иные правила игры, сильно усложняющие жизнь недавних выпускников, поставив под законодательным актом свою подпись. Это было сделано для того, чтобы ликвидировать конкурентов больших электрофирм. Хотя мне по барабану, я не собираюсь терпеть ни чьих унижений. Единственное неудобство в том, что теперь каждые 3 месяца надо платить социальный налог.

English: Lot of people cooking food by themself in kinchen at their own home. But I'm not chef at all, so I use to dinner food services. Some persons had replaced wiring in their own homes under my supervision and done it like specialists. Some people made mistakes. So, if person doesn't feel himself specialist, better to use specialist; but if person is able to wire like specialist - let him do it without any show-off laws.

English: Also I've made some photos from Tallinn districts. As I read lot of delirium about their high crime level in Internet. This wrong stereotype comes from incorrect behaviour, when tourisits purposely attract thiefs by expensive clothes/phones/cameras or go to bar to drink alcohol with unfamiliar people. In this reason 99% of their excursions finish in very small old town quarter. In my opinion, it should be boring and stupid to have such limitation and fear. What for visit, if you limit yourself. It is like sitting at home and visit nothing.
But feel free visiting city. Lot of time I spend in apartment blocks fixing electrical wiring or other electrical appliences and nothing wrong happened there. Photos should help you to guide in the city. Also, some big shops are placed in districts cause of cheap ground territory due to big distance from center of the city. Why should you came for overdrink cheap alcohol until losing consciousness?
Русский: Поскольку я пока что проживаю в столице советской заграницы, помимо всего прочего я сюда в commons выкладываю ещё и фотографии своего города. Много говорят про высокий уровень преступности, но в большей степени пьяные туристы сами идут в неблагополучные места ополчившись во всё дорогостоящее.
Taxi wars edit
English: During visiting the city, you can find licensed taxis from companies and so called "cowboy taxi" (English-language style) or "piracy taxi" (Russian-language style). Those licensed taxies bend quite big prices, so they can dampen your spirit by price in the end of riding. Cowboy taxies are cheap and aimed at local inhabitants, who have no money to pay for licensed taxies; but there are known lot of conflicts with tourists, when cowboy taxists cheated tourists hearing foreign speeches.
To avoid those situations, I recommend to use public transport. Sometimes you can see intoxicated drugusers or alcoholics there, cause not everything is perfect in our world. There are single tickets and hourly tickets, which able to save you lot of money and beware from taxi drivers greed. So, enjoi visiting the city of latin Europe!
Русский: Кстати, в городе действует своя таксомафия, берущая свои корни у столичной горуправы. Путешествуя по столице Эстонии на такси, не попадись на крючок. Или езди на автобусе. Меня вот тоже после достижения абсолютного рекорда скорости езды по городу полиция вынудила сменить средство передвижения на простой автобус - привык, даже иногда весёлые концерты можно наблюдать в общественном транспорте.

English: *One economist made me remark: why people are complaining to the government about their problems instead of earning money? By his opinion, government should impose the taxes and force the people to work. As he told, the main idea of west liberalism is keeping population in extreme conditions and frightened population must correct their financial problems by hard-working as they do in Europe or America.
- I don't know why population of west countries are loving such algophilia and how could they get pleasure from suffering, but this slavery can't be associated with liberalism or human rights. If some political organisation is promising better life, it must get out of the ground, otherwise promises have no sense.
Русский: Каков смысл в государстве, если его население с трудом сводит концы с концами? Смотря на происходящее в европейских странах, можно сделать вывод, что население за 200 лет привыкло к пожизненным обещаниям правительств решить социальные проблемы в долгосрочной перспективе, которые за 200 лет никогда не выполнялись. На сегодняшний день освоение ресурсов подошло к концу, ровно как и на планете Земля больше не осталось мест для создания новых рынков - западная либеральная модель исчерпала себя, однако новую никто до сих не придумал.
Eesti: Eestis on kõige madalam võlg Euroopas, ning reformikommunistid alati lubavad majanduskasvu. Meie majandusteadlased alati kiidavad kapitalismi, et ta tegi meie riigi rikkaks. Aga keegi neist ei taha vaadata fintspüramiidi keskele ja põhja, kus >20% ellu jäävad palgast palgani või ei omista töökoha. Selline fakt on mu meelest välja miks eestlased alati hääletavad ultraparemate eest ja mida eestlased leitnud ilusa kapitalismis, kuna enam raha ei stimuleeri kedagi tööle, vaid raha on töökäigu eesmärk. Praegune kapitalism sai selle etappi, kus rikkatele alati tundub rahapuudus ja selle vaesed peavad maksma selle unistuse eest.
Miks kapitalism ei tee rikkaks? Eestis puuduvad ressursid ning reformikommud ei ehita paralleelse maailma et laiendada turu kaubavahetuse suurendamiseks - majanduskasvu kapitalismi ajal usuvad ainult loolid või majandusteadlased.
English: By official statistics, Estonia is the most rich country with the lowest loan. Well, the reason of Estonian economical miracle is very simple =))))))) and of course it has nothing common with real economical growth =))
In 1991, Estonia has accepted one of cruel and horrorable totalitarian regime - capitalism. Those time it looked beautiful and heap of brainless people found it the most popular. As you can see, 20 years were enough to destroy economy and impoverish the people.
Some people are not agree with me about impoverishment by capitalism. They think, that capitalism makes richer in long-term outlook. Well, lets destroy this myth.
What is incorporated into the basis of becoming richer? Of course desire to earn more and more. This way commercial parties are seeking the most profitable suggestions. Situation goes far with further economical growth - commercial parties are searching only those variants, which will bring as much as possible more money. It creates corruption - only economically strong suggestions are considered. On its turn, this "limitation by profitability" narrows the dialogue - in process of time this economical dialogue is turning to money pyramid, where big part of money are focused on top and circling between rich people. This is secret, why nowadays I'm often doing electrics for people with criminal income source - during 20 years economical vote of illegal drug trade was stronger than jewellery - nowadays top of this money pyramid turned to blossomed empire, which has financial resources for building new houses or expensive reconstruction.
Lets destroy second myth, that countries with long-time capitalism have no social problems. It is usual illusion. De facto, rich West-European countries are living much more poorer, than poor African countries. All of this "solutions of social problems" during capitalism are built like house of cards - they might be destroyed in very short time.
Which economical model is better? Better is life without money and without government. Can we live in such economical model? Of course can, but the problem, that we are very greedy, envious and angry to each other. So we still choose political regimes and suffer from them - this is nature of modern human.Русский: Практика показывает, что живущие долгое время при капитализме страны не имеют социальных проблем, а рабочий класс и вовсе живёт в шоколаде. Проблема в том, что капитализм - это финансовая пирамида, где ради получения большей прибыли рассматриваются только выгодные для коммерческих сторон предложения - в долгосрочной перспективе это ведёт к тому, что в погоне за более выгодным предложением все деньги оседают на верхушке пирамиды, а вот низ и середина пирамиды еле-еле сводят концы с концами. "Лучшая жизнь" рабочего класса при капитализме - это ни что иное как выскабливание последних денег, чтобы продолжать жизнь в ногу со временем. Накопление денег и благосостояния при таком раскладе просто никогда не произойдёт.
