I am currently working on a complete list of every Chinese cash coin by inscription and am nearing completion, this list will include all rare and rebel coinages and will probably the first online attempt to actually map EVERY Chinese cash coin from the earliest Zhou Dynasty round coins until the Republic of China. Although the list will still take some time and a lot of additional research as well as need several Wikipedia articles of individual Chinese cash coins by inscription (including an “Wu Zhu cash coins” article in order to map the many subtle differences, some of which glanced over by David Hartill).

So far I’ve been able to map even the rarer coins Hartill missed such as the Huoguan Tongbao and am doing research into the Huoping Xinbao. Meanwhile Hartill's excellent coverage of Xinjiang coins should not be understated and I’m exploring the many ways to work them into Wikipedia spanning multiple articles, however the number of images are scarce and several inscriptions are missing, for that reason I would kindly request permission to use these images:

I intend to add the Kucha (Qiuci) cash coins into the “Wu Zhu” article while the Guangxu Dingwei and Guangxu Wushen will be integrated into the list article, meanwhile there are no Ghazi Rashid cash coins on Wikimedia Commons so this image will also work as a great representation. I will send you the list once it’s finished (like with the Chinese amulets and symbolism in Chinese art), I am basically planning on making it “Hartill online” where variants (such as mint marks) will be further discussed in individual cash coin Wikipedia articles and some coins I’ve found in other (reliable) sources too will be added. Making this list was kind of my “end goal” since day one and I hope that it will make understanding Chinese monetary history easier for everyone.
