User:Jdsteakley/Mansion Hill Historic District (Madison, Wisconsin)

The Mansion Hill Historic District was designated by the city of Madison in 1976. In 1997, the National Register of Historic Places also listed the Mansion Hill Historic District. The two historic districts do not, however, entirely overlap. Twenty buildings included on the city list but not on the national list (eighteen on Langdon Street and two on Carroll Street) appear as addenda at the end of this gallery.

These are buildings in the Mansion Hill Historic District designated by the city of Madison in 1976 that were excluded in the district listed in 1997 by the National Register of Historic Places, which instead placed them in the Langdon Street Historic District created in 1986.
