Regarding username

1. Prior to April 19, 2011, I edited as User:Levdr1. I lost my password for that account. I created this account as a replacement.
2. On March 31, 2016, and in accordance with both Wikipedia:Username policy and the global rename policy, I was approved for a username change from User:Levdr1lostpassword to User:Levdr1lp.
