It would be great to have a bot which can add categories based on the {{Location}}.

In Commons:Batch uploading/Geograph I used Extended Find nearby toponym / reverse geocoding to find the name of locations.

Things to do

1. Import all the data at the toolserver
2. Somehow match Commons categories which locations in the database
   1. Matches based on the same name?
   2. Using some sort of user interface?
   3. Using the table I created for Geograph?
   4. Using some fancy learning algorithm to use input from images tagged with {{Location}}
3. Have tools to extract the info
   1. See if we can get a copy of the current tools
   2. Make something special for Commons
