User:OgreBot/Mass cleanup rights

Explanation

Because OgreBot's Mass Cleanup Tool can edit thousands of pages at one time, it is not safe to allow just anybody to use it. As such, non-administrators must be listed below in order to use it (administrators will be automatically opted in as long as no one abuses it).

Any user may feel free to make a request to be added on the talk page with the {{Edit request}} template or by asking me personally. Any administrator who feels the user is trustworthy should feel free to add that user.

Format

• New lines should be added which look like this: * <username>
