Pictures are uploaded on wikimedia commons that can be used by both teachers and learners in presentations and lessons
You can access wikimedia commons either through your own account or as a guest by typing in after that you can search for a picture, video or audio file of whatever you are looking then look at the type of license the content you want to use has and whether you can use the content within the perimeters of the license when you're satisfied with the perimeters of the license and feel like you can work withing those perimeters then you can download the content you wish to use onto your device and use it. It also depends on what the perimeters of the license are if you want to credit the person who made the content.
