Hi, guess what, snaildoc is not only my nick name here but literally my profession. I am German and currently live in Sydney, Australia, where I work as systematist at the Australian Museum. My interests are in the field of biology, particularly evolutionary biology and zoology (yes, snails, but not exclusively).

I'd like to contribute some of my knowledge and am happy to learn new things too...
