- Investigation: I checked the en:Image:Michajłow.jpg but it was deleted. Contacted the local admin. Then continued my research and found images from the same photo-session here and here. Then I saw the long list of deleted images of Skara-Bira
- Conclusion: None of User:Davi or en:User:Skara-Bira could have been the original author of the image, despite their claims. Copyvio.

- Users involved: User:Davi
- Clues: bg:User:V111P gave the first signal on the BG Village pump. User:Davi has other (deleted) copyvio uploads. The website of BG Parliament nowhere mentions the copyright status of the images, except that The content is maintained by officers in the general and specialized administration of the Assembly, officers at the parliamentary groups and commissions, the deputies and others. (Съдържателната част част се поддържа от служители в общата и специализираната администрация на Народното събрание, служителите към парламентарните групи и комисии, народните представители и др.) Apart of this GFDL license is not very popular among BG websites, some ministries' websites are licensed under some CC license, like CC-BY-NC but GFDL is absolutely not popular. The lack of copyright statement means "all rights reserved" by default.
- Investigation: I wrote an email to the parliamentary infocenter, giving a term of 20 May to have this question clarified.

- Images: Image:Hristo stoichkov.jpg
- Users involved: User:Imerros, en:User:Gejoro
- Clues: The image was obviously taken at a press conference, access to such events is usually restrcted to professional photographers. On EN WP en:Image:Hristo stoichkov.jpg is uploaded by Gejoro and tagged PD-Self. On Commons uploaded by Immeros and again tagged PD-Self, no author given, source: the link to EN WP image. The image has dimensions 250x250 which are common for image thumbnails. No EXIF data, of course.
- Investigation: Sadly, I could not detect it via Google Images despite of the numerous searches. The only 2 contributions of Gejoro are the image upload and adding the link in the article.
- Conclusion: IMHO, obvious copyvio.

Webmaster says the picture is fine for a wikipedia site as it is informative of the town. Also note the copyright notice at the bottom of the page: Reproduction of any part of this text in any format, without permission, is strictly forbidden.
Uploaded on Commons on 01:55, 11 November 2008 as GFDL, attributed to the uploader, no source mentioned, except "en.wiki".
- Investigation: The source link http://www.localauthoritypublishing.co.uk/councils/horsham/index2.html provided on English Wikipedia is presently inactive.
- Conclusion: Image without source and author and frivolous choice of license. Goes to deletion. →Spiritia 15:17, 26 November 2008 (UTC)
