Hi Tavio. I tagged File:Harvey J Hip Hop Artist.jpg for speedy deletion and you deleted as a copyvio. The same file has been uploaded locally to Wikipedia at en:File:Harvey J Hip Hop Artist.jpg. I think it should be tagged as a copyvio there as well per en:WP:F9, but I cannot find the exact source for the image on Facebook so I've used this instead. 7) создайте пожалуйста в эстонской википедии как бы отображение диаграмм. Например, в русской википедии такой пример диаграммы можно увидеть в статье здесь и здесь, в английской википедии похожую диаграмму можно увидеть вот в этой статье en:Renewable energy#Photovoltaic development. Но в эстонской википедии я не вижу как можно создать аналогичную диаграмму. В идеале, если получится, то чтобы в круговой диаграмме, в самом центре, круг был не заполнен, то есть приблизительно вот так. Если данная задача окажется слишком трудно выполнимой, то попросите администраторов эстонской википедии, чтобы они создали такие диаграммы.

Dear Sir:

I received today a notification that says: Constantin Brâncuși died in 1957. Salvador Dalí died in 1989. Lluis Barba and Pierre et Gilles are still living. Copyright violations. Taivo (talk) 09:58, 16 January 2017 (UTC).

The images (Photagraphs) of the Sculpture of Brancusi, Dali, the painting of Barbá and the Caligula of Pierre et Gilles, where taken directly by me. In the case of Sculptures and original artworks is possible to use or publish the images while the photographer give us authorization/permission and in this case the rights on these images are mine. If the image comes from a third (that is not the case) it should be published with the credit line on the picture. There are a lot of images, not only of Dali works, in Wikipedia that were token from exhibitions and were published by the photographer. As I understand, if I´m the owner of the image because I took it, I'm free to share, copy, distribute and transmit it. I understood it correctly: you want to delete the talk page. But I wrote decline reason slightly incorrectly. I wanted to say, that talk page does not qualify for speedy deletion either. File:Original Logo.png edit

Hi Tavio. File:Original Logo.png has been uploaded once gain by the same uploader. This file has already been deleted twice according to the deletion log. Although I am not sure if this is the same file which was deleted in March 2016, I am positive it is the same one that you deleted yesterday. Not sure what to do here since it obviously seems to be a case of fair use and it is unlikely the the uploader is the creator of the logo. I guess it is possible the en:Palm Beach Zoo has released the logo under a free license, but there's really no way to verify that with the information given. Any suggestions on how to proceed here? @Scoopfinder: SweetSueSociety uploaded the file on 22:15, 22 January 2017. It was claimed own work. SweetSueSociety nominated the file for speedy deletion on 01:42, 23 January with reason "plan large inutile". Meanwhile, Materialscientist marked it as missing permission on 23:00, 22 January. I do not understand "plan large inutile", but as uploader's request, it was eligible for speedy anyway. Taivo (talk) 09:10, 26 January 2017 (UTC)

Taivo, it's author's right to use a pseudonym or different pseudonyms. This, apart from other possible concerns, shouldn't be a problem as far as copyright claim ("own work") is clear. 90.191.109.9 10:05, 5 February 2017 (UTC)

I think you are referring to "one editor, one account" rule. I don't think there's a different rule which would prohibit one user (account) from using different pseudonyms. If there was such rule then it would probably violate copyright (inalienable moral rights). To be frank, I do not believe, that here are different pseudonyms of same author. I believe, that these are works of different authors, uploaded by the same user as own work, violating real authors copyright. There are other arguments supporting my opinion, see User talk:Tropixel. I suspected, that you are not author of the photos, but you violate real photographers' copyright. They were mostly small photos without metadata and if camera data existed, then usually different. Can you upload bigger versions of small files, for example, 2000×1500 pixrls, with complete EXIF data? Why camera data is usually different? Two files came from Facebook, that's prohibited. I think a contributor might be doing something unethical with uploads edit

Hello Taivo,

Today I nominated File:Jasmar Cassar - Just Be.png for deletion (it was uploaded today). Now I'm seeing (I think) that the same contributor uploaded the same file earlier today, but someone else added a missing permission tag: File:Just Be.jpg. If I'm correct, it seems to me that this user was hoping that he would not get caught the second time, but I caught him. He should have addressed the missing permission problem instead of uploading the file again. I don't know if he has tried to upload that file in the past because only administrators have access to information about deleted files, but you deleted the same picture when it was uploaded a few days ago by Kaitomare. Perhaps it would be a good idea to warn JeanMarion about what he did. I feel like he tried to fool the people who work here on Commons. That's just my opinion. Maybe they will quit doing that because I think they now understand it's a scam, but I don't think they will stop trying to upload a picture, so I will notify you if I see that a new picture has been uploaded improperly. Mi értelme erről az egy képről külön törlési megbeszélést tartani? Hunyady József és a kép helyzete nem változott meg a régebbiek törlése óta. Az új törlési megbeszélésen nem hangzott el semmi olyan, amely okán tartani kéne a képet. Egyértelműen jogsértő kép. Miért kell halogatni a törlését? File:PED FAN PIC.jpg edit

Hi Tavio. You deleted File:PEDRAM MEHRSHAHI.jpg so I'm wondering if you'd also take a look at File:PED FAN PIC.jpg uploaded by the same uploader. The EXIF data says the file was taken on March 2, 2017, but the file's desciption says it's supposed to be a photo from 2013. The quality of the photo makes it seem as if this is a photo taken of another photo, perhaps using lots of zoom. Also, the uploader, the author and the person shown in the photo appear to be the same person en:Pedram Mehrshahi, which means it might have actually been taken by someone else. -- Marchjuly (talk) 14:11, 2 March 2017 (UTC)

My name is Taivo. I deleted the first file as obvious copyright violation (source – Facebook). For second file copyright violation is not so obvious. You marked it as missing permission and this was right decision. File description says "Fan pic" and this is likely. As uploader is depicted person, own work is unlikely. The file is used in en.wiki, where the article is nominated for deletion due to non-notability. If the article will be deleted there, then I agree to delete the file speedily, but at moment I don't want. Taivo (talk) 16:57, 2 March 2017 (UTC)

Juss Piho fotol oli kujutatud tema teose esikaas, mis tegi sellest tuletatud teose ja muuseumil pole õigust avaldada seda fotot vaba litsentsi all Piho pärijate loata. Ingliskeelne materjal tuletatud teose kohta on siin ja panoraamivabaduse kohta siin. Kahjuks on museum avaldanud vaba litsentsi all palju teoseid ilma selleks õigust omamata. How many contributors do you need to keep the category "Wikipedia Models"? edit

I may not add images of another model until mid may. Nor will I ask a fellow female wikipedian for permission to add here images to the category, until I've worked out a useful format for a sedcard. I did not know, that such thing is going. But category name was incorrect: word "model" is written with small m. If you want to recreate the category, you can do that, but please write in beginning of category "Wikipedia models", what for the category is. This will avoid confusions in the future. When deleting the files, I said the reason: "Source – Facebook". I do not remember exactly, but probably the files had such metadata, where special instructions field started with FBMD. This indicates, that they came from Facebook. Facebook license conditions do not allow republishing its content in Wikipedia. Taivo (talk) 18:33, 18 March 2017 (UTC)
