This bot is intended for the batch uploading of maps from the UN Office for the Coordination of Humanitarian Affairs (OCHA).
Semi-automatically operated by user:jeremyb and user:pharos. (you can leave either of us a user talk msg) Run as needed, initially 1 upload per country for ~200 countries. Planning 1-2 uploads/min but can adjust to community preference. Sometimes may use pywikibot, sometimes user:Dominic's bot.
