An important problem on Commons is a big number of duplicated files.
1) There are duplicated files in different resolutions transferred from external sources (flickr)

2) Another type of duplicates is non-identical duplicates coming from US DoD flickr account and DVIDS Hub, with the same VIRIN IDs.
