I am an amateur herpetologist and ichthyologist from Shreveport, Louisiana. My name "Xiphoguy" is derived from a group of fish that I work closely with, the genus Xiphophorus the platies and swordtails. I have written for "Tropical Fish Hobbyist" and "Aquarium Fish Magazine".
