File:Brochure MeCoaching Voorkant.jpg has been marked as a possible copyright violation. Wikimedia Commons only accepts free content—that is, images and other media files that can be used by anyone, for any purpose. Traditional copyright law does not grant these freedoms, and unless noted otherwise, everything you find on the web is copyrighted and not permitted here. For details on what is acceptable, please read Commons:Licensing. You may also find Commons:Copyright rules useful, or you can ask questions about Commons policies at the Commons:Help desk.
- Dear 4nn1l2, Please look closer when you delete a file according to a google search. The 22.800.000 hit may indicate that the file is licensed correctly like in this case as it is a CC0 Creative Commons from Pixabay https://pixabay.com/en/pretty-woman-happy-young-female-1509956/. File copyright statusEdit
Welcome to Wikimedia Commons. While everyone is welcome to contribute constructively to the project, one of your recent file uploads had missing or false information regarding its source and copyright status. Please note that Wikimedia Commons takes copyright rules and infringement very seriously. Files may only be uploaded and included if their copyright status meets the conditions stated in our licensing policy, and if their provenance is clearly documented. Files that fail to meet those conditions may be deleted, and users who fail to meet them may be blocked. Please follow our first steps, if you haven't already. If you have questions, feel free to ask at the Village Pump copyright question page or on my talk page. Thank you. — Jeff G. ツ please ping or talk to me 20:36, 9 March 2018 (UTC)
If you are going to accuse me of lying, then you should bring an action against me to remove my Administrator, Bureaucrat, and Checkuser status. It is possible that I erred in assuming that the Web page was created before the Commons upload, but we rarely check the age of Web pages that contain works that were very recently uploaded to Commons, so any Administrator would have made the same mistake. I would not even use the word "careless" to describe that oversight, if it indeed happened that way.
If you are not prepared to bring an action against me, then you should stop using inflammatory words and, perhaps, apologize on the UnDR page. If you continue to use such inflammatory words toward me or other Commons editors, then one of my colleagues will probably block you for harassment. Creating a hostile environment is not permitted, see Commons:Blocking policy. . Jim . . . (Jameslwoodward) (talk to me) 16:02, 10 March 2018 (UTC)
- Dear @Jameslwoodward:, not telling the truth is not the same as lying, but if I offended you by this remark, I sincerely apologize. I believe your explanation; I didn't thought anything else anyway other than lacking a careful check, never even thought of of bringing any action, although your mistake meant accusing me wrongly about copyright violation. I was to hurt by this unfair approach, that I reacted too strong too quickly.
- As a user who will be inactive I will not cause any problems anymore. If you want to block me, because of my inflammatory words, I even support that request, because I never want to create a non constructive atmosphere. I even found the outcome of such a block request interesting, because it will or not support my recent learning experience on Commons, which unfortunately appeared to me as quite a hostile environment, although the scope is so beautiful. Some experienced users do not help but show off their status by attacking newbees on their ignorance, even if they only wanted to share stuff honestly. With kind regards, and for now goodbye, BeeBringer (talk) 07:47, 11 March 2018 (UTC)
