Rispondo qui che la risposta è comune:

• intanto salvatele, tenetene una copia privata per sicurezza.
• Per caricarle su it.wiki, tenete conto che le regole si vanno unificando quindi occorre che rispettino i criteri dell'EDP (la maggior parte ho idea che li rispetteranno, sui disegni ho fortissimi dubbi). Ma per un parere più competente, contattate Trixt o Cruccone.
• Per cercarle dovreste ritrovare la pagina di difesa.it da cui le avete prese (non basta il link generico) ed inserire l'indirizzo in http://www.archive.org/web/web.php (Take me back). Se la pagina era archiviata (e la foto risulta presente) in una versione prima del 23 maggio 2006, era stata rilasciata in PD e dunque resta PD (una volta PD non si torna indietro), quindi linkate la pagina di archive.org che la contiene e precisate magari "already released in the PD - [link_a_pagina_copia_su_archive.org see]" o qualcosa di simile.
• Se non c'è prova che fossero state rilasciate in PD prima del 23 maggio, vanno cancellate. Chiedetela per favore voi stessi la cancellazione, così evitiamo polemiche accessorie non impellenti...
• Per i disegni, a naso la vedo male, a meno che non si tratti di opere realizzate per l'Amministrazione che vanno in PD 20 anni dopo il primo utilizzo, ma dubito che ci siano informazioni del genere. Nel dubbio chiedetene voi stessi la cancellazione per prudenza, dato che non solo sono disegni ma potrebbero in alcuni casi anche essere progetti, quindi termini di copyright ben diversi.

FOP in Italy for recent buildings

Ciao, to sottopongo una cosa che ho scritto per Commons. L'idea generale è che gli edifici non registrati presso la Direzione Generale Arte e Architettura contemporanee e Periferie urbane cadono sotto la soglia di originalità, perché neanche gli eredi possono più esercitare il diritto d'autore. Ciò vuol dire che, per Commons, le foto di tali edifici si possono riprodurre, mentre quelle di edifici considerati con "importante carattere artistico" potrebbero essere protette per COM:PRP. Il testo è: User:Ruthven/Italian Copyright Law. L'idea è di arrivare a modificare il {{NoFoP-Italy}}. @Ruthven: no, appunto: pubblicata ok, ma chi ci dice che l'opera è stata realizzata da un impiegato dello stato (ministeri, etc) o da un disegnatore su commissione dello stato? Quello che vedo può allo stesso modo essere stato acquistato dallo stato (se mai è stato dello stato). Lo stato può ben aver pubblicato un'opera che non è stata creata per conto dello stato, il punto è questo. Se è andata come speriamo (craeta da disegnatore dipendente dello stato o a contratto dello stato che ne fu committente), sì, PD-GOV (di sicuro non è PD-Italy); ma per risolvere il "se" bisogna sapere chi l'ha commissionata. Il problema non è capzioso: questo disegno potrebbe averlo fatto fare l'Aeronautica ad uso dei piloti e delle contraeree, ma ugualmente può essere uscito tanto dalla fabbrica delle mitragliere quanto da quella delle munizioni, quanto ancora dalla Macchi, e per nessuno di questi ultimi varrebbe il PD-GOV. Quesito tesserino

Ciao, mi servirebbe un parere su quest'immagine. Abbiamo l'autorizzazione per la foto, ma il tesserino in sé sarebbe sotto copyright del CLN, che però è stato sciolto alla fine della guerra. In che modo questo tesserino potrebbe rientrare nel pubblico dominio già dalla fine della guerra? This year will be the seventeenth edition of the annual Wikimedia Commons photo competition, which recognizes exceptional contributions by users on Wikimedia Commons. Hundreds of images that have been rated Featured Pictures by the international Wikimedia Commons community in the past year are all entered in this competition. Dear Wikimedian,

You are receiving this message because we noticed that you voted in Round 1 of the 2022 Picture of the Year contest, but not yet in the second round. Wikimedia users are invited to vote for their favorite images featured on Commons during the last year (2022) to produce a single Picture of the Year.

Hundreds of images that have been rated Featured Pictures by the international Wikimedia Commons community in the past year were entered in this competition. These images include professional animal and plant shots, breathtaking panoramas and skylines, restorations of historical images, photographs portraying the world's best architecture, impressive human portraits, and so much more.

In this second and final round, you may vote for a maximum of three images. The image with the most votes will become the Picture of the Year 2022.

Round 2 will end at 18 May 2023, 23:59:59 UTC.
