Ce site explique précisément que les numérisations ne sont pas dans le domaine public : Le timbre est soumis, au même titre que les oeuvres d'art, au droit de la propriété intellectuelle. La mise en ligne d'une collection impliquant de numériser, donc de reproduire, les timbres, elle ne peut pas être réalisée sans l'autorisation des auteurs et de La Poste, titulaires des droits. La Poste ne s'oppose pas à la mise en ligne d'images ou de photographies de ses timbres. Mais il appartient à chaque webmaster de contacter directement les auteurs, graveurs et dessinateurs, ou leurs ayant-droits, pour obtenir les autorisations de reproduction. They were issued by government but I dont know the complete legal involvements about the three phonecards with photographs on it (there is no indication of authors). Greudin

Il ne s'agit pas d'un bug. Je crois que je me suis tromper. En fait, il n'y a que les liens sur le projet en cours. Pour voir les liens vers les autres wiki, il faut faire une recherche par projet. Clique sur l'image pour voir les liens dans le projet en cours.
Exemple avec l'image Image:Human-woman.png. Clique sur le lien tu tombes sur les pages liées dans le projet. Pour obtenir, les pages liées dans les autres projets tu dois y aller, ex : Acceuil de Wikiquote et fait une recherche sur l'image (un copier-collé c'est si pratique). Violation du droit d'architecte

Merci Greudin de ta réponse. Il n'y a donc pas beaucoup de risques juridiques, mais cela n'est pas une raison. Je pense que le plus sage est :

• soit de supprimer mes contributions directement (et dans ce cas, je veux bien que tu le fasses en tant qu'administrateur... :-) )

• soit je passe par la procédure normale (pages à supprimer) pour avoir l'avis d'autres wikipédiens avant de supprimer.

Ton avis ? ...il y aurait quand même une centaine de photos à enlever ! j'ai pas fait les choses à moitié. Je remettrai des photos plus tard, cadrées différemment (perspectives urbaines un peu plus générale), ou avec les autorisation nécessaires (mais obtenir l'autorisation de l'architecte ET du propriétaire d'une tour, c'est pas rien...). There's some text in the bottom corner, and it seems like a signature of a kind in latin letters, looking at the black and white photo. Image en trop

Salut!   Je viens de charger une image pas tout-à-fait en double : je me suis trompé de format. Il s'agit d'une photo de charpente qui s'appelle Poitiers-Palais de Justice-Salle des pas perdus(charpente), que j'ai d'abord chargée en .png au lieu de .jpg, ce qui provoque un gaspillage de place (et des temps de chargements exagérés) sans aucun intérêt. Je voulais proposer une suppression immédiate, mais la condition "copie exacte d'une autre page" n'est pas vraiment remplie. Qu'en penses-tu?

A question to the administrator

Both licenses are compatibles, but ask author first. For copying : citing author(s) is mandatory with cc-by but not with PD-Self. Imho pd-self to cc-by is ok but not cc-by to pd-self. Greudin 10:01, 9 April 2007 (UTC)

Je pense qu'il ne faut faut pas attendre et supprimer, c'est à nous administrateurs de langue française à donner cette dynamique et de protéger les contributeurs... Supprimons ces images maintenant. Je suis prêt à le faire, les ai repérées pour la plupart, j'avais commencé à les tager copviomais faute d'un soutient communautaire je suis dans l'impasse (si j'obtiens ce soutient je supprimerai sans tager).

Et voici la copie (c'est à propos de Commons:Deletion requests/Image:Louvre DSC00662.JPG) :

La législation française, la législation italienne nous sont trés défavorables. Il existe pourtant en France une jurisprudence, de la cour de cassation (ce qui n'est pas rien) qui pourrait nous être favorable. Je pense que tu minimises l'importance architecturale de l'oeuvre de Buren et cie qui a été reconnue par la cour. L'espace qui est aujourd'hui occupé par l'entrée du musée du Louvre avec sa pyramide, ses bassins et fontaines, LXIV cavalier par Mr Le Bernin, sans doute le rond-point et en tout cas les premiers bosquets du jardin des Tulleries ne peuvent être distribués sous les termes de la GFDL. Mais je pense que cet ensemble est comme le dit la cour de cassation fondu et intriqué dans dans un lieu relevant du domaine public (La Grande Arche non merci). On a ici un bel aprés-midi d'été dans dans un lieu relevant du domaine public. Aussi je pense que nous devrions garder cette image au moins le temps de supprimer toutes les autres. Ce qui est loin d'être fait car j'avais commencé, on a l'embarra du choix, mais, depuis que l'on m'a demandé de passer par une demande de surpression dont je m'étonne qu'elle n'ait pas abouti : Commons:Deletion requests/Image:Tour Montparnasse, Paris.jpg, je suis dans l'impasse. Je m'étonne du manque de réactivité de la communauté (y compris dur irc) sur ce problème bien qu'au final je ne me fasse aucune illusion quand à la la suppression des ces photos. Pourtant cet arrêt de la cour de cassation, qui ne s'applique qu'à de rares endroits, nous est favorable et je pense qu'il l'est pour le Louvre coté Tulleries et j'irais même jusqu'à penser (même je ne prendrais pas ce risque) que celle-ci pourrait l'être. Par contre celles de l'intérieur et celles de la renversée... Jette un oeil à la catégorie Category:Louvre Pyramid. Je rève d'un moment où, lorsque les cités radieuses s'écroulent, on pourrait s'accrocher aux maigres barreaux blancs que nous offrent Buren. Le plus drôle c'est qu'aujourd'hui on ait aucune photos de la place des terraux burénisée...

Lorsque la Fondation sera mieux outillée juridiquement dans la défense du contenu qu'elle héberge et peut-être des contributeurs qui le créent, elle tranchera ces quelques incertitudes.

Pour l'instant, nous nous devons de supprimer et de garder vigilance sur les cas évidents.
