@Textchef: : Thank you. The whole procedure is a bit cumbersome, but we unfortunately have to make sure that the photographer is OK with releasing the file under this license, so other people who want to use content from Wikimedia Commons can be reasonably sure that they are indeed allowed to use it. I've placed a template on the file description indicating that permission has been sent. Once it's been reviewed (which can sometimes take a while), someone will remove it. --Kam Solusar (talk) 13:42, 20 July 2016 (UTC)

@Kam Solusar: : Since the photographer of the image, Tibor Bozi, is not familiar with the uploading- and licensing-process, he told me, it´s gonna take him a while, before he finds time to work on it. I decided to upload another image instead, one, that I am the copyright-holder of. I hope, this should be okay now.

@Textchef: Hab gerade erst gesehen, dass wir ja deutsch sprechen können. Das neue Bild ist so natürlich OK. Beim anderen Bild ist es auch kein großes Problem, wenn das etwas länger dauert. Sollte sich da ein Commons-Admin in der Zwischenzeit entscheiden, das Bild wegen der Lizenzfrage erstmal zu löschen, kann es nach Klärung jederzeit wieder hergestellt werden. Wenn es mit der Freigabe nichts wird, kannst du das Bild sonst auch selbst löschen lassen, indem du einfach {{speedydelete|"Deine Begründung"}} in die Bildbeschreibung setzt.
