Thank you for your messageEdit
these images has free license because the fact they has over 100 years old, they are photos of public buildings and people that own obviously they dead. People that photographied these historic buildings were famous photographers of their time. like the painters they has the same license for their works, these keeps on museums, like others with the same rules in big museums and they are here. i hope you help me, because i am crowding the defunct buildings in articles in the english wikipedia for give them their respective history that are forgotten. thanks--Vvven (talk) 05:11, 1 April 2017 (UTC)

There seems to be a problem regarding the description and/or licensing of this particular file. It has been found that you've added in the image's description only a Template that's not a license and although it provides useful information about the image, it's not a valid license. Could you please resolve this problem, adding the license in the image linked above? You can edit the description page and change the text. Uploading a new version of the file does not change the description of the file. This page may give you more hints on which license to choose. Thank you.

Why can't use upload wizard?Edit
Hello MifterBot. You have marked on 13.10.2018 uploaded pictures of Evan K & Nastassja Giulia for deletion. When I have uploaded them I have provided the source of the pictures (MetalWerner) as weel as the link (https://www.facebook.com/pg/MetalWerner/photos/?tab=album&album_id=2156909874564351&__tn__=-UC-R) the owner states that "...Sharing the photos is of course allowed. When using the photos as profile pictures, cover pictures or in other portals the naming of the website in the form of a link is absolutely necessary." and so I have also done. I would appreciate if you could please check again the link provided above and give me a notice if I can upload again the relevant pictures. Thank you in advance.RockingChicks (talk) 18:14, 14 October 2018 (UTC)
Some baklava for you!Edit
The Institute of HeraldryEdit
You have tagged several images as "not having licensing inormation" including:
- File:560 Flying Training Sq emblem.png
- File:Vermont Air National Guard emblem.png
- File:542 Logistic Support Sq emblem.png
Your notice states that the entry is "a Template that's not a license and although it provides useful information about the image, it's not a valid license." While technically true, it strikes me that this is a bit of Wikilawyering. The template:
This image shows a flag, a coat of arms, a seal or some other official insignia produced by the United States Army Institute of Heraldry. It is in the public domain but its use is restricted by Title 18, United States Code, Section 704 and the Code of Federal Regulations (32 CFR, Part 507) , . Permission to use these images in the USA for most commercial purposes must be obtained from The Institute of Heraldry prior to their use.
I have taken a photo of Balduin Groller from the German Wikipedia. The period of grace for the work shown by this file has probably expired in accordance with the standards of German, Austrian and Swiss copyright law (70 years after the death of the author). It is therefore probably public domain. Why is this a problem for Wikimedia Commons? https://de.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Datei:Balduin_groller.jpg#mw-jump-to-license Avestaboy (talk) 19:41, 29 October 2018 (UTC)
Bonsoir, Veuillez m'écrire en français. Merci.
--Fausta Samaritani (talk) 14:15, 8 January 2019 (UTC)
