Hi NguoiDungKhongDinhDanh. I noticed that you've made malformed deletion requests at the Lingble logo file description pages. Here, {{Delete}} is not for speedy deletion, please see COM:DP. When you want to delete a page by manually using the {{Delete}} template (rather than the automatic Nominate for deletion tool in the Tools menu on the sidebar per COM:DR#Starting requests), you must follow the instructions in the template, including the "Click here to show further instructions" portion (or Commons:Deletion requests/Listing a request manually policy), otherwise you will create a lot of work for other people. Musée Annam

I saw the global ban request (a friend messaged me about it), someone noted how he was known under different names, perhaps a better title would be changing it from "Global ban for Musée Annam" to "Global ban for Musée Annam ("C" / "Unserafahne" / "Namkhanh02" / "Đăng Đàn Cung")" or "Global ban for Musée Annam (C / Unserafahne / Namkhanh02 / Đăng Đàn Cung)" as each and every one of these names are associated with major local abusers among many Wikimedia websites.

Note that I chose to use the name "Musée Annam" for various reasons, one (1) is that it's a very recognisable name, two (2) it was the first (1st) name I saw him under and he was constantly brought up because of his incompetence though I actually liked his uploads, and three (3) it reflects his personality best alongside the "Annam Digital Library" names, as he sees his edits as creating an online museum for historical "Annam" and he sees himself as an "Annamite" and behaves like an early 20th (twentieth) century Chinese cultural supremacist and Francophile. "C" is a single letter and in English it could be seen like you're calling him a female reproductive organ, while his other names are all too scattered across different projects associated with different sockfarms (though in reality being the same person).

I must admit that I agree with the German and that nobody should be made unwelcome to these projects and as much as he insulted me I have spent many days recovering valuable works he uploaded here because he also authored many good edits here... That aside his sexual harassment of Hankiz and especially his constant spreading of badly fantasy information deserves this global ban request. A lengthy title would make it harder to find the page. Besides, moving an on-going RfC is not really a good thing – you know why. However, adding those pseudonyms is possible without unnecessarily attracting too much attention, which I did. Thanks for all of your efforts cleaning up his mess. Sớm muộn gì chúng cũng bị xóa và việc đổi tên như này sẽ tạo ra backlog là những trang đổi hướng tới những trang không tồn tại. Unserefahne & Bắc Kỳ

Hello, first (1st) of all I wanted to congratulate you on your successful RfC to get Musée Annam kicked out, even if it's largely a symbolic gesture, at the English-language Wikipedia he's known as "Unserefahne" and as he qualifies for "Long-term abuse" there I'd advise you to change the Meta-Wiki page "List of globally banned users'" to also include the username "Unserefahne" as most English speaking users usually talk about his antics using that name.

Anyhow, I noticed this edit at the Vietnamese-language Wikipedia, well, you certainly reduced a large article back into a stub... The "not in Vietnamese" area of that article was sourced by French sources, most of it being under "Tham khảo". As for the removed text, a lot of it seems to have been sourced in the linked "main" articles, like the position of French Resident for Bắc Kỳ as well as. And a lot of the stuff you removed was quite well sourced, in fact I was planning on using the Vietnamese-language article to translate to the English-language article in the future, which begs the question. Did you remove it because that article is a "C hotspot"?

@Donald Trung: I'm quite surprised that you even notice my edit(s) to the acticle. FYI, that has nothing to do with C but another LTA. Rationales:

1. The French bulleted list at the end are not sources.
2. Not all cited content are neutral and were written based on sources ("mạo nguồn").
3. A long paragraph that contains a few sourced sentences (for instance, "A very long and unsourced "story" about the French and their actions at Tonkin... Năm 1891, lập ra tỉnh Hà Giang etc.") should be fully removed.
4. The unsourced: Idem.
